The drinks at the pool bar were really good, and the pool area was quite nice for lounging. The hotel was in a good area for exploring and there were plenty of activities offered.

We stayed over Christmas and it was a disappointment. The dinner was not well-prepared and the quality did not match the price.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location is privileged, nestled between two rivers and beautifully designed to blend into the surrounding ecosystem. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The treehouse accommodation was a unique and enjoyable experience, despite the cold weather. The hotel also offers a range of activities, including close encounters with monkeys on the property.

The lack of information about the free activities and their schedule. It would have been helpful to have this information provided in advance to better plan our stay.

Very pretty surroundings, spacious and clean apartments, extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, lots of activities available in the hotel.
