I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and tried their best to communicate in English. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to several landmarks and not too far from the metro station. Everything was easily accessible.

I recently stayed at Hotel Calstar for 2 weeks during my trip to Sao Paulo. The hotel's location near the Republica Metro Station and the airport shuttle bus service was incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread at the hotel was the best we had during our entire trip, with a wide variety of delicious options including fruits, breads, and tasty finger food snacks. Despite the language barrier, the staff were always helpful and willing to assist in any way possible.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, quiet street yet close to main road. Clean room with mini fridge and TV. Provided amenities include slippers, shampoo, toothbrush and paste. Tasty breakfast with good variety. Good value for money.

We had a great stay at Calstar! the location was ideal - a calm street but still close to the main road. Our room was clean and well-equipped with a mini fridge and TV. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided slippers, shampoo, a hairbrush, and sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste. the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of food including cakes, sweet pies, breads, meats, fried cheese in bread, cereals. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, lending us an adapter and offering assistance with carrying our bags. We even received excellent restaurant recommendations. there was a convenient hot dog stand just outside the hotel for a late night bite to eat.

I got great value for my money at Calstar! The room was comfy and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and the staff treated me like family.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety of tea and coffee options.

The staff at Calstar were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to assist us, despite the language barrier. the room was clean and had a super cool stereo installation. the bed was decent and the wifi worked well. the hotel is centrally located, just a few blocks from the República area. While the immediate vicinity may seem a bit seedy, we felt perfectly safe throughout our stay. the hotel offered excellent value for money, and we ended up extending our stay. We would definitely recommend Calstar as an excellent budget choice.

The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was also quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows, which blocked out any street noise. The shower was clean and had hot water, and the breakfast was superb with a wide range of freshly cut fruits and multiple choices of fresh, non-sugared fruit juice. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city on foot. I highly recommend this hotel.
