I had a fantastic stay at a large family hotel that had an amazing pool for all ages. The breakfast buffet was delicious, catering to everyone's tastes. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation to the nearby airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and convenient location.

The location is superb, just a 25-minute walk to the falls. The rooms and toilets are spacious and very clean. The staff was outstanding and took care of me during my week-long stay due to health problems. They were professional and compassionate. The breakfast was great and they offered free transportation from the airport. The hotel also has a spa center with sauna and massage services. Adelina, the massage therapist, was extraordinary and helped resolve a chronic hip issue I had. The receptionists, Thiago, Mateusz, and Tamara, were all very kind and helpful. Angelo at the tourist center in the lobby was a great source of information. Igor, the concierge, and Pedro, the Uber driver he introduced me to, were both excellent and made my stay unforgettable. The cleaning lady, Gloria, and the kitchen staff were also outstanding.

The hotel was okay, but I wasn't thrilled. They did offer some complementary snacks which was nice. it was conveniently located near a major attraction and the airport, saving us some money on transportation. the breakfast was decent, too.

The location wasn't that great for our romantic escape. the surrounding area was dark and sketchy at night, and there weren't many good options for dining.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers reliable shuttle service and has good options for meals.

They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped for a party of three, with three single beds and a pleasant view.
