Excellent location, gentle staff, great facilities, recently refurbished room with bathtub, central but not noisy, walking distance to attractions.

Christmas was great! the decorations and the festive atmosphere were very enjoyable. the breakfast was good, and there were a nice variety of pastries and breads to choose from. the hotel was located in the heart of the town, which made shopping and dining very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

The rooms were very small and cramped, with little space to move around. the air conditioning was not working properly, and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Nova Petropolis and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions and shops. We loved being able to explore the city without having to rely on taxis or public transportation. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always on hand to assist us with anything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and even a bathtub in our recently refurbished room. we were impressed with the value for money and the level of service provided at this hotel.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about during our stay.
