The manager provided a helpful lift to a nearby restaurant. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the rooms were excellent. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was super clean.

The rooms at Pousada Agua De Coco were excellent, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. Despite some noise from the refrigerator and unclean swimming pool towels, the hotel was super clean. Additionally, the staff, particularly the manager who gave us a lift to a restaurant, were exceptionally helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are well-maintained and the beds ensure a comfortable and relaxing sleep. The staff members are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to cater to the needs of the guests. The breakfast spread, though not as extravagant as shown in pictures, offers a decent variety of delicious options to start the day.

The swimming pool towels were not properly cleaned.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff during our stay. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start our day. the hotel was conveniently located near key tourist attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We were disappointed in the size of the bedrooms and the poor quality of the amenities, such as the small TV and towels for the swimming pool. The location of the hotel was also concerning, as the neighborhood felt unsafe at night and the view from our room was not as advertised.
