I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ritta Hoppner and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home with the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was luxurious, complete with a private pool that was perfect for the chilly South Brazilian winter. Every detail of the hotel was enchanting, showcasing its rich German tradition and history. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the delicious food to the homelike atmosphere. I was particularly impressed when I arrived late and was still offered a delightful afternoon tea. The customer service was outstanding, as the receptionist already knew my name and assisted with my bags without any hassle. The room I stayed in matched the photos on the website, which is a rare find in many hotels. my stay at Hotel Ritta Hoppner exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration and the breakfast was okay, they offered a variety of options. the location was great, we could easily walk around to explore the surroundings. the room had a nice view of the city.

The room was not clean, we found a few hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. the staff was not very friendly and they seemed uninterested in assisting us.

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and conveniently located near the city center. Guests can easily explore the area on foot without needing a car. Multiple reviews highlight the comfortable beds, immaculate rooms, and spotless bathrooms. The staff consistently receives praise for their exceptional service and friendliness. Guests appreciate the attention to detail, such as personalized greetings upon arrival and assistance with luggage. The parking arrangement may be an inconvenience as guests are not allowed to park their own cars in the underground parking.

Comfortable room for a family of 4. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautifully maintained grounds. Excellent food and service. Convenient location near downtown.

This venue was outstanding, with superb service, location and luxury amenities that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was first-rate. the spa and wellness center was perfect, with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and massage options. the garden area and sun terrace were ideal for a leisurely afternoon. the staff was always polite, attentive and friendly, and they provided a great entertainment program. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area fulfilled all my food and drink needs. the dinner menu had a wide variety of options, including special diet menus.

Although the staff was always happy to help, I felt that I could park my own car.
