My stay at Terras Da Finlandia was simply outstanding. We accidentally left our luggage at the car park, but to our surprise, the staff took it back to the reception and tried endlessly to contact us. They even kept it safely until we retrieved it. I was amazed by their honesty and excellent hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool area, although more city-like, provided a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was good and complete, but make sure to arrive early as it loses its appeal if you come late. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the helpful assistance with tours and tickets, their hospitality was truly exceptional.

In terms of improvements, the breakfast could be served a bit later for those who prefer to sleep in. If you happen to arrive late, it may not look as appetizing anymore.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were quite cozy. The pool area was an added bonus, and the location in the city center was convenient for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants.

The Christmas experience was underwhelming due to the lack of festive decorations and atmosphere. the hotel's close proximity to an empty shopping center detracted from the country-like atmosphere I was hoping for.
