Upon arrival at Voa Hotel Uniao, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. Despite a small hiccup with the initial room assignment, they quickly resolved the issue and moved me to a more comfortable room. The hotel's close proximity to the park made it convenient for leisurely walks. Additionally, the self-service breakfast buffet provided a satisfying start to the day. I would recommend this hotel for its accommodating staff and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a beautiful park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, allowing guests to start their day off right. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, making the stay a little more enjoyable.

The room we were initially assigned had outdated furniture and a TV that seemed straight out of the '90s. It took some effort to get the hallway light fixed, and there was an issue with being charged twice on our credit card, which required us to go through the hassle of contacting the credit card company and the hotel to resolve it.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the accessibility of the hotel as it was located within walking distance from the park. the self-service breakfast buffet offered a variety of options that were definitely worth trying. the majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The outdated furniture, bed and decor of our room were not up to standard. the TV was a cathode ray tube model and the hallway light did not work which was inconvenient.
