We had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The location was perfect, with a short 10-minute walk to a stunning, safe beach where we enjoyed swimming. Our room was beautifully designed in Balinese style, and it had a comfortable bed with mosquito nets. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the room, which was impeccably cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. The breakfast was a real feast, with a variety of fresh juices, fruits, cereals, omelettes. The staff provided excellent service, and we were particularly grateful for the friendly and accommodating attitude of the girls, Fabrizio, and Marcelo.

We were disappointed by the lack of commercial flexibility when it came to our specific requests.

The breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. the pool area was well-maintained with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. the location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach and only a short walk away from the town center where we enjoyed shopping.

Our room was not properly cleaned and there were some unpleasant odors. the staff was not very helpful in addressing our concerns and seemed uninterested in providing us with the help we needed.

The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a patio with comfortable garden furniture. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the dining restaurant and the relaxing ambiance of the bar/lounge area.
