Convenient location for easy exploration. Clean rooms with great water pressure in showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices for the area. a pleasant stay.

The hotel had a decent breakfast buffet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. It was also conveniently located near the main highway and a park which was great for a morning jog.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and the receptionists were unhelpful and rude when we asked for assistance. the Wi-Fi in the room was slow and sometimes even disconnected abruptly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to access both the downtown area and the highways. The staff at Ibis Campinas were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Despite the language barriers, they made an effort to communicate and ensure my needs were met. The 24-hour store at the hotel was also a convenient feature, offering a range of food and drink options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and excellent customer service.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Campinas, São Paulo. the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of the city. It made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and access all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my time there. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money.

My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major aspects that needed improvement.
