We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Cuiaba. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help us out with recommendations and directions. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, being close to many key attractions that we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free parking for our rental car, which was a huge advantage for us.

The room we were assigned had not been cleaned, which was a major disappointment. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were no bedside tables in the room.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to a shopping center and has friendly staff who try to be helpful. The rooms have a strange smell on the pillow cases and towels, but they do provide clean bed sheets. The bathroom lacks hand towels, but the water pressure in the shower is good. The hotel also offers free parking and has corridors that are well-lit.

The lack of air conditioning in the hallways makes them uncomfortably hot, especially in the long corridors.
