We had a wonderful stay at Ibis in Jaboticabal. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and spoke English, making us feel welcome. The location was convenient, with a short walk to a large shopping center. The hotel itself was pleasant, with a lounge area and even a pool table. The nearby lake was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy nature.

The hotel's location is a major plus, as it is conveniently situated uphill to a large shopping centre and near the town center. This allows easy access to various amenities and activities in the area. the rooms offer comfort and cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The staff is attentive and English-speaking, providing excellent service. The breakfast is also highly praised, with a wide range of options to choose from.

One downside mentioned by a guest was the noise caused by the cleaning staff speaking loudly in the hallways, which could be improved for a more peaceful stay.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to great restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The free parking and free Wi-Fi added extra value to our stay.
