The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of cafes and restaurants just steps away. the hotel also offers a breakfast buffet with a good selection of both hot and cold options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a satisfying stay.

The customer service at the front desk was subpar, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. the size of the rooms was quite small, lacking in space and amenities.

I recently stayed at the Ibis in Sao Paulo and I was impressed with the great atmosphere and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shopping malls, restaurants, and bars all nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, free WiFi, air conditioning, and a hot shower. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, there were plenty of options nearby. The only downside was that the housekeeping on the second morning didn't properly clean the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Ibis Paulista for a week during my business trip to Brazil. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in English. The breakfast offered great value for money, with a tasty spread and delicious coffee. The location was perfect, right on Paulista Avenue with plenty of attractions nearby. The room itself was exactly as depicted in the online pictures, modern and comfortable. When I had an issue with my phone charger, the staff went out of their way to help. Getting around the city was a breeze, with Consolacao metro station just steps away and easy access to cabs and Uber. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am ever back in this amazing city.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, near two metro stations. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The basic amenities in the room, including the comfortable beds and the clean environment, were all perfect. I also loved the view of Paulista from my room, it was rather good.
