Over Easter, I stayed at a lovely hotel that had two incredibly complementary features. the staff were absolutely delightful with their kind and professional manner, going the extra mile to make us feel at home. the hotel was in an excellent location, with easy access to the metro station, which made traveling around the city a breeze. Not only that, but the breakfast spread was impressive, offering various Brazilian treats that I enjoyed.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear people talking, snoring, and even reception activities from my room.
