Good hostel stay with clean rooms and comfortable facilities like AC and kitchen. Friendly hostel keeper who allowed us to safely store our bags after check-out.- Key location close to the beach, bars, and main pathways for easy access.

Extremely damp room with a musty smell, black walls, and mold on the table. Damp bed clothes and pillows that left a moldy smell on our clothes.

I recently stayed at Ilha Grande Mar for three days and it was perfect. The location is great, right in the middle of the village, just around the corner from bars and restaurants. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and a big shower with warm water. I loved having access to the kitchen, which had all the equipment I needed. The WiFi was also good and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. it was a clean and good value for money stay.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
