We had an amazing time here! The hotel is super close to the historic center, making it really convenient for exploring. The room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great bonus, allowing us to easily get around the area. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and we also enjoyed the beautiful garden area. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice touch, keeping us connected throughout our stay.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The pool at Imperatriz was absolutely amazing. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The breakfast area, overlooking the pool, added a nice touch to the dining experience. The location was great, just a short walk to the historic center. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed.

The room was a bit noisy at night, we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms. the pool was a bit small and not very clean.
