I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the São Mateus district is perfect, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant and snack bar were convenient for quick dining. The leisure facilities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax and unwind. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a fancy shopping mall and close to a very good mall. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a large variety of options to choose from. The staff was polite and efficient, and the hotel maid was very nice. The view from the rooftop was absolutely gorgeous, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The check-in and check-out process was a bit slow, which could be improved.
