Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Major mall and grocery store within walking distance. On bus and train lines. Uber is reliable and cheap. Some English-speaking staff.

Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.

The recently renewed hotel is modern and clean. The spacious rooms have nice views. The staff is friendly and helpful, even accommodating work-related calls. There is a coffee machine and safety measures in place.

Spacious room, in need of renovation, but with nice welcoming sweets. Only one small water bottle for two people. Flip-flops in different sizes provided. The breakfast buffet was quite good and the staff was friendly. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel was great, close to many shops and restaurants. It was also very easy to get a taxi to other parts of the city.

The hotel's location near the TransAmerica exhibition center is ideal for those attending events in the area. Additionally, its proximity to the metro station allows for convenient exploration of São Paulo. Furthermore, being close to the American consulate adds convenience for visitors.

Some rooms had issues with water pressure and plumbing, causing inconvenience for guests.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the business area and surrounded by restaurants and bars. It was also conveniently close to the Transamerica exhibition center, making it an ideal choice for business travelers.
