We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place was perfect, situated near the city center with easy access to stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff here were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, equipped with excellent amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that our room was always tidy and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of facilities such as a fitness center, restaurant, and bar/lounge area, providing us with plenty of options for leisure and relaxation.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main area of the city. The rooms are large, modern, and comfortable, with big windows and good air conditioning. The bathroom is clean and has hot running water. The breakfast is substantial and the staff is accommodating. the hotel provides excellent value for money.

The room service could be improved, as the food was not hot and they only provided one set of cutlery for two dishes, causing a delay in eating.

The breakfast buffet at Intercity was superb, offering a wide variety of pastries, tropical fruit, eggs, cheeses. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. The hotel's location in a residential neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere, and it was just a short drive to the national park and scenic lookouts. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast and convenient location.

Nice facilities and satisfactory breakfast. The location was perfect, near good restaurants and stores. The room offered a comfortable and cozy bed, and the bathroom was impeccable, really clean. The staff was helpful and always available to help.

What was supposed to be a cozy and peaceful New Year celebration ended up being the worst experience of my life. The hotel was noisy and there were dogs barking all night long.
