We loved staying at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the pristine bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the comfortable beds and the great internet connection. The breakfast spread was delicious and there was something for everyone's taste. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the friendly and courteous receptionist who upgraded our room and gave us recommendations, to the helpful staff members who assisted us with finding a hospital and getting medicine for a sudden toothache. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city center and close to the Paulista and Jardin areas.
