This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that provides excellent amenities. the outdoor swimming pool, solarium, and garden area were well-kept and inviting. the private facilities in the room were well-equipped and added to the overall feeling of exclusivity. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. the entertainment options were varied and engaging. the beach access was easy and convenient.

The only minor issue was with the language barrier among the staff, as the majority only spoke Portuguese. This led to some confusion during communication but did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Excellent breakfast with great omelets, friendly service. Attentive staff in restaurants and on the beach. a fantastic stay with themed dinners and amazing pool area.

The beach was beautiful, always clean, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. We also enjoyed the live music at the pool area in the evenings. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We found hair on the bed and stains on the sheets. the bathroom was dirty and smelled like mold.
