Local Hostel in the centre of Manaus was a really nice place to stay. the dorm double beds with curtains provided privacy, and each bed had a reading light and power outlet. the location was great, close to food options and the municipal theater. the private room was excellent, with cable TV available. the staff were super nice and proactive. the house was new and well-maintained. There was even a band festival happening during our stay, which added to the fun. Breakfast was also good. it felt like home and was hard to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! Best aspects were the excellent location, close to all the main attractions and amenities in the city, including the Amazon Theatre, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking both Portuguese and English. The dorms were comfortable, with individual features like curtains, reading lamps, and sockets for each bunk. The showers were clean and spacious, with separate facilities for men and women. The common areas were great for socializing, with a big screen and Netflix available for entertainment. the hotel provided great value for money and a relaxing atmosphere.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an amazing stay at a hostel in Manaus. the hostel was clean and comfortable, with spacious dorm rooms and lockers. the beds were very comfortable and came with their own light and power outlets. the hostel also had a great chill area and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, close to the main square and within walking distance of good restaurants and tour companies. the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a variety of options. it was a great experience at the Local Hostel.

During our stay at Local Hostel, we were impressed by the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The common area downstairs with the kitchen, bar, TV/Netflix, and pool table was a great place to unwind. We also enjoyed the comfortable private room with a nice bed and hot shower. The WiFi connection was strong, which was a bonus. The location of the hostel was central and felt safe, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent English-speaking skills. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered good value with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, cakes.

I recently stayed at Local Hostel for my Amazon trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hostel itself was clean and had spacious common areas, perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. They even provided a laundry service at reasonable prices. I especially appreciated their attention to my vegetarian diet during the pizza night. Additionally, their partnership with Iguana Tours allowed me to book an amazing Amazon trip, making my stay even more memorable.

the staff, especially Bruna and Louis, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They were always willing to help and had a lot of energy. the hostel has a great partnership with Iguana Tours, offering a variety of exciting and adventurous tours. I personally enjoyed the Fluvial Day Tour and the Sunrise Package Tour. the atmosphere at the hostel was fun and adventurous, attracting like-minded travelers who wanted to explore the Amazon. I made a lot of new friends during my stay. the hostel itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious chill areas and comfortable beds with air conditioning.
