Our stay at Lote20 Hotel Boutique was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our experience. The room was beautifully decorated and filled with amenities that made us feel truly spoiled. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start our day. We also appreciated the thoughtful gestures, like the chocolates, petals, and balloons in our bed upon arrival. The spa service was exceptionally relaxing, and the peaceful surroundings allowed us to unwind and connect with nature. our stay at Lote20 Hotel Boutique exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with top-notch amenities, such as an amazing Spa & wellness centre, a relaxing Sauna, and a fabulous Turkish bath. the massage service was fantastic, especially the Full body massage. the Garden area was gorgeous, with plenty of places for leisure and relaxation. the restaurant offered delicious and unique dishes, with the option for In-room breakfast. the Bar/ Lounge area was the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment.

The only minor issue was the noise level of the outdoor area, but it didn't bother me too much since the room had private facilities with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a Steam room. the staff was attentive and provided amazing service, and the location was perfect for me, with easy access to the nearby wine regions.

New Year's Eve dinner was nicely decorated and had great food. the location was perfect-- the views from the balcony were incredible, and we could see the fireworks from there. We had an excellent masseuse who helped us relax after a long night.

The party was too loud-- we couldn't sleep until it ended, and we had to wake up early for our tour. the pillows were too lumpy, and the bedding didn't seem clean.
