The pool with a great view, clean rooms, and friendly staff made my stay at Majestic Palace Hotel enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Majestic Palace! The hotel's location was perfect for me as I was participating in a race nearby and it was conveniently close to the starting point and race kit collection. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff, especially Tatiana at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel also made it easy for me to rent a car at a reasonable price, with valet parking available. Despite the swimming pool being closed for maintenance, it didn't bother me as the beautiful beaches of Florianopolis were just a short drive away. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The helpful staff, waterfront view, and central location near restaurants made for a pleasant stay. Extensive breakfast buffet with delicious pão de queijo. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

The buffet breakfast and sea view were the best aspects of my Xmas stay. the breakfast had a lot of variety and the view from the room was great. the hotel was located near a shopping center and a nice boardwalk which was convenient. I also enjoyed the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel.

The staff struggled to communicate in English which made ordering room service difficult. I didn't have the best experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location near the beach, with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a shopping mall right across the street, making it convenient for dining and entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful housekeeping staff. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.

Some guests mentioned that the swimming pool is small and doesn't have enough seating for all the users.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to meet our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious and offered a variety of treatments. the outdoor swimming pool with a pool and garden area was stunning and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and made our stay even more comfortable. We had breakfast in our room every morning, which was a fantastic experience.

The only minor issue we had was that the bar/lounge area lacked a variety of beverages. Despite this, the bar was able to provide us with our favorite drinks upon request.
