We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, situated in a vibrant and charming neighborhood. There were plenty of parks nearby, which made for lovely walks in the morning. The hotel also offered excellent service, including room service and dry cleaning. We also appreciated the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were treated to a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We were also impressed with the soundproofed rooms, as we were able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The restaurant on-site provided delicious meals, and we loved starting our day with a tasty breakfast. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

The desk and chair in the room were perfect for business travelers like me, providing a convenient workspace. The internet connection was superb, allowing me to easily make Skype calls without any disruptions. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to taxis and a safe neighborhood. The service provided by the front desk staff was remarkable, going out of their way to ensure my needs were met, including ordering a taxi for me. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was adequate with a nice ambiance and clean environment. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities, including a safe. I appreciated that the hotel respected my privacy by honoring the "do not disturb" sign on my door. The price for the quality of the hotel was excellent, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Despite my limited TV usage, I found the picture quality on the brand new Samsung LCD to be crystal clear. The AC in the room was powerful and the open-type cupboards were a convenient and stylish design choice. The availability of hot water in the shower was also a must for me.

Got a great deal for myself and family during Easter Holiday. Breakfast and unlimited Wi-Fi were nice bonuses. Good location, close to downtown area and near to popular tourist attractions. the quality of the linens were amazing.

Couldn't wait to check out! the hotel was a dump, the room was so small, so basic, smelly and poorly lit, shower was a joke.

We had a great stay at Master Hotel. the staff was very helpful, some even spoke English and always found a solution for us. the room was spacious with a large bathroom and a strong, hot shower. the location was fantastic, close to the airport, city center, and other main attractions. the breakfast area was huge and beautiful, offering a variety of food and beverages. the hotel is also located in a nice neighborhood with grocery stores, pubs, and shopping centers nearby. a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience at Master - they accommodated us well for the Marathon, providing an earlier breakfast and flexible check-out. the location was excellent, with nearby grocery stores, pubs, and shopping centers. There were also nice parks not far from the hotel. the staff, especially the housemaids and kitchen personnel, were kind and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of fruits, cold platters, breads, and beverages.

The gym was well-equipped with multiple air conditioning units, and the staff was quick to turn them off when requested. The helpfulness of the staff was remarkable, with some speaking English and others doing their best to find solutions. The breakfast offered everything I needed, and the location was in a safe area with ATMs within walking distance.

The wifi could definitely use improvement, as it was difficult for my boyfriend to work remotely in the hotel room. We had to go to a nearby cafe for a reliable internet connection.
