The hotel is in a much nicer area of the city, close to downtown and a shopping centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good water pressure in the showers. The staff tries to assist guests despite the lack of bilingualism.

There were issues with communication and theft, which were not promptly resolved by the receptionist and manager.

The location was perfect for our needs, within walking distance to attractions and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to eat nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good air conditioning system and a nice view of the city.

The wifi was spotty at times and didn't work in some areas of the hotel. the breakfast buffet was a bit limited, with only a few options to choose from.
