The hotel is in a much nicer area of the city, close to downtown and a shopping centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good water pressure in the showers. The staff tries to assist guests despite the lack of bilingualism.

There were issues with communication and theft, which were not promptly resolved by the receptionist and manager.
