The hotel is located in a very nice area of town with plenty of very good restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are of good size and very well cleaned, with modern bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast offers lots of choices, with fresh bread, fruit, juice, and cereals. Additionally, there is a small sauna and cozy pool to relax after a full day of activities. The restaurant staff is also very nice and accommodating, catering to specific needs.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be a little annoying as you cannot change the fan speed to a lower setting.

The location of Melia was perfect for exploring the charming neighborhood of Cambuí. The room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread had a great variety and was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
