Located in a leafy suburb, this hotel is close to everything. It's just a short walk down the hill to where lots of local people were eating on Sunday. Had an Easter weekend stay at this hotel and two things I really enjoyed were the convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is situated in a great spot, close to many cafes and shops, which made it easy to get around and explore. the rooms were kept very clean and organized throughout my stay.

The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful, and there was a general lack of communication between different departments. For example, I had requested a late check-out but the front desk team was unaware of the request when I asked about it.
