I recently stayed at a hotel located in a great neighborhood with many amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel was conveniently close to the CAmponis airport and within walking distance of a mall. The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi transfer to Mercure in Times Square SP. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small pantry and access to a small gym. The adjacent building served a good enough breakfast.

The beds were not too comfortable, which was a small downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff were polite and helpful. the rooms were neat, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. the location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The food was not very good. the menu offered limited choices and the quality was subpar.

Great hotel location, comfortable bed, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, near shopping and park.

Friendly staff, safe location for night outings, nice pool. Spacious room accommodating a family with a 3-year-old. Separate payment for breakfast. Convenient gym and helpful staff handling noise issues. Transfer to another Mercure hotel due to faulty air conditioning.

We had a fantastic surprise during our stay at Mercure. The room was spacious and well-designed, exceeding our expectations. The hotel staff at the reception desk were friendly and provided us with helpful information about the local area. The hotel's location in a clean and safe neighborhood was a definite advantage, with plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. We will definitely choose to stay at Mercure again on our next visit to Sao Paulo. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.
