We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a fantastic shopping center. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, providing us with enhanced comfort. The service was top-notch, with room service and laundry facilities available. We also loved the option of valet parking and the welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in terms of quality service and amenities.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel located near a mall, it was very easy to find good food options. the staff was amazing, very supportive and always willing to help us to whatever we needed. the room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was new and well-maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Honestly, we had a great time at this hotel, I cannot think of anything that we did not like. the heater took a bit longer to warm the room, but this was something we were able to solve easily.

The location couldn't be better - it's right next to a fantastic shopping center and close to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Simon and Bittencourt. The rooms were clean, new, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also loved the fact that they have beautiful honey from the local area. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Novotel in Criciuma was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Reginaldo who provided excellent service. The hotel was new and clean, with great rooms and comfortable accommodations. Being close to a shopping center was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cruçiuma. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.
