I first visited Olinda Rio Hotel 3 years ago and I was impressed with my experience. The hotel's location is perfect, being centrally located in Copacabana and surrounded by restaurants, markets, and beachfront bars. The staff at Olinda Rio Hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing warm greetings and assisting with directions, restaurant recommendations, and flight check-ins. The breakfast served in the lobby area is excellent, and the entrance and reception area offer beautiful views of the beach across the street. The renovated rooms have good lighting and the beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel also provides beach towels, which is a helpful amenity. my stay at Olinda Rio Hotel was fantastic and I would happily return if I visit Rio again.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Olinda Rio. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and the view over Copacabana beach was incredible. The room was always clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and in a very safe area. We highly recommend Olinda Rio for your stay in Rio de Janeiro!

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is right on Copacabana beach, allowing families with children to have easy access to the beach area. It is very close to the beach, making it convenient for families to spend their days enjoying the sun and sand. Additionally, the hotel offers a good variety of foods for breakfast, ensuring that families will have a satisfying start to their day.

Some renovation work was ongoing on certain floors, which could be a bit noisy at times.

The hotel was quite outdated and in need of some serious renovation. the air conditioning unit in our room was leaky and made us uncomfortable during the night.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the beautiful Copacabana beach. The breakfast staff in particular were exceptional, catering to our needs and even providing us with extra coconut water when my friend wasn't feeling well. The hotel itself exudes a sense of authenticity and offers a true Copacabana experience.

Great location and excellent service. I had a delay in my flight and arrived 2 days later but the hotel was very accommodating and my room was still reserved. The breakfast was delicious and the free towels for the beach were a nice touch. I'd recommend this hotel.
