Great service from the staff, always polite and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the fresh juices were great. The rooftop pool provided a nice view of the city.

The hotel facilities were outdated and needed renovation. The room smelled musty and the air conditioning was either too cold or too warm, and there was no way to adjust it to a comfortable temperature.

We had a fantastic stay here! the location is ideal, situated on a bustling avenue in the heart of the old city center. This made exploring the city and visiting nearby restaurants and attractions incredibly convenient. The service we received from the staff was exceptional - they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to attend to any issues or requests we had. The room itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. Additionally, we loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, which offered a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing.
