The staff's courtesy was exceptional. Friendly and helpful, they provided valuable tips and recommendations, especially Mr. Isaac. Great location near Lagoinha beach for relaxation. The night receptionist handled a difficult situation and diffused it effectively. The upgraded room and full sea view from the sunbeds were a bonus. Ample English-speaking staff.

Great beachfront location and friendly staff. the pool was nice and clean. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The noise level was high, especially during the New Year period, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were not soundproof, which made it difficult to relax and unwind after a long day.

I could wake up every morning to the calming sounds of the ocean waves and enjoy the breathtaking view from my balcony. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist me. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the in-room safe, which provided added convenience and security.
