I had a great stay at this hotel in Rio. The location was perfect, nestled in a cozy Rio neighborhood near a beautiful square. It was in a very safe, family-friendly area and only 5 minutes from the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all there, and I was especially pleased with the good WiFi connection. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added convenience of a laundry service. And the breakfast included was a real treat, with a variety of fresh fruits to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was just fine.

The hotel is conveniently located in a particularly exciting area but just a short taxi from places we wanted to be. The metro station is right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed being near Flamengo beach, which was perfect for a relaxing day by the water. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff members who spoke English. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel had facilities such as luggage storage and a currency exchange at the reception, which were convenient for our needs.

The staff could have been more accommodating in regards to late check-out requests, as they seemed overwhelmed due to the hotel being fully booked.

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Rio and had a great time! the location was perfect, close to restaurants and the subway. Our room was small, but modern and had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. On Easter morning, they even left a chocolate egg on our table, which was a nice surprise!

The hotel was still under construction, so there were some minor details that could have been better, like the cold water in the shower and the occasional WiFi problems. the staff was friendly, but they were not always truthful about the WiFi issues.
