We had an amazing stay at a charming hotel in Búzios. The room was spacious with a big terrace and beautiful views. The private terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the luxurious natural setting. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Although there were minor issues with the hot water, the hotel promptly tried to fix it and offered alternative solutions. The swimming pool was fantastic and we loved spending time there. The breakfast was good, and the hotel even accommodated our early departure for a boat trip. we would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Búzios.

Some room facilities in need of upgrading, such as the old refrigerator and stained bathroom tiles. The hotel should be more clear about the lack of transfers to and from the beach and town on their website.

The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time on our private terrace. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
