Our stay at Pousada Gente Bonita Centro was made memorable by the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surrounding area. Despite some minor inconveniences, like a hard mattress and average towels, we still enjoyed our stay. The breakfast, while limited in seating and timing, had decent options. The parking situation was a bit challenging, with no guaranteed spaces. However, the overall simplicity and basicness of the rooms did not hinder our enjoyment. we would recommend Pousada Gente Bonita Centro for its fantastic location and accommodating staff.

The location and staff were the best aspects of our stay. The hotel was situated in a prime area, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. , the staff was friendly and helpful during our visit, always willing to assist with any concerns.

The first problem was the uncomfortable bed with no hand towels, and the quality of the regular towels was less than desirable. the breakfast was subpar, with a limited selection and a short serving period that sometimes resulted in food being unavailable.

We were really impressed with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated close to all the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city with our kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space for our family. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the facilities, such as the parking area and the helpful front desk.

We were disappointed to find that the mattresses were quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
