We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the area is perfect, with a good restaurant nearby where we had amazing meals. The service here is top-notch, with staff always ready to assist us with tours and tickets. The amenities in the room are impressive, including heating, tea, and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. We also enjoyed spending time on the patio with the lovely garden furniture. The free toiletries were a nice touch and the kitchen utensils provided made it convenient for us to prepare some of our own meals. The electric blankets kept us warm at night, and the flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room.

The chalets had a cozy atmosphere and a stunning view. The service provided by the staff was excellent and accommodating. The location was quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing business trip. The nearby waterfalls provided a nice touch of nature.

There were a few drawbacks during the stay. The WiFi was offline, and the TV's image quality was poor.
