The location of Pousada Portas Da Amazonia was excellent, right next to the city's main square and in the heart of the old town. We were able to easily explore the historic center and enjoy its charm. The hotel itself was quite nice, with a colonial feel to it. The building was beautiful and had a pleasant atmosphere. We were especially impressed with the breakfast at the hotel. There were many options to choose from and we were able to start our day off right. While some rooms may be noisy, we made sure to request a room away from the main streets and had a peaceful sleep. I would recommend Pousada Portas Da Amazonia for its great location and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in the historic center of São Luís, on a pedestrian street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are charming, with three large colonial sash windows that offer a beautiful view of the old sobrados of São Luís. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided, such as the private bathroom, add to the comfort of the stay. Moreover, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and satisfying.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable, which made it difficult to stay connected at times.
