Incredible stay, fantastic value for money. Welcoming and customer-oriented staff. Clean rooms and exceptional breakfast. Great transportation options and convenient location. No language barriers with the staff. Wonderful service and attention to detail. Beautifully maintained landscape. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.

The hotel was decently located, close to some restaurants and beaches. the room was clean and spacious enough, although a bit overpriced for what it was. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything we needed.

There were a few aspects of this hotel that left a lot to be desired. the breakfast was lackluster and not very varied.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this guest house. The warm and accommodating staff raised the bar of service, making me feel well taken care of. The well-appointed rooms and landscaped grounds provided absolute relaxation. The delicious breakfast and afternoon "tea" were a delightful treat. The free shuttle to the nearby beaches was reliable and useful. I highly recommend this guest house for a wonderful stay in Trancoso.
