This hotel is in a great location next to the tranquil Rio Claro river, allowing for beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The bungalows are situated in a lovely garden filled with exotic birds from the Pantanal. The hotel offers a variety of activities, including boat safaris and horse riding, providing guests with plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area and wildlife.

The pillows in the rooms were unfortunately quite dirty, which could easily be improved upon to enhance the overall cleanliness of the accommodation.

The hotel is located in a central area offering easy access to different parts of the Pantanal. the meals provided were delicious and varied. We appreciated the inclusive nature of the hotel, especially the included daily excursions. We enjoyed the natural surroundings, including the abundance of Pantanal birdlife in the gardens.

The communication with the staff was challenging as not many spoke English. We found the lack of cleanliness in the rooms to be an issue, especially the dirty pillows.

The grounds were well-maintained, manicured, and full of exotic birds. The community room and traditional breakfast were excellent. The guides were knowledgeable and the river activities were beautiful. Staff was friendly and the hotel had clean rooms.

It was all superb.
