As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to our concierge R Novaes for the free early check-in. The room on the 10th floor had breathtaking views of Ipanema beach. The rooftop pool was excellent, and the beach service with chairs and towels was great. The hotel's location is probably one of the best in Rio.

We felt privileged, no complaints.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right on Ipanema beach. It was incredible to wake up every morning and be just steps away from the beautiful sandy shores. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely rooftop pool that offered stunning views of the beach and the nearby lagoon. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were well-prepared, friendly, and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. They greeted me with attentive and polite greetings throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Great location, close to the lively part of Rio. The rooftop is stunning, with a beautiful infinity pool and breathtaking views. Breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, including quiche, breads, and cakes. The coffee was excellent, especially with hot milk.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a prime area near the beach with many restaurants around. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking view and was impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Despite a few small hiccups during our stay, overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, with the hotel directly opposite the beach in a safe neighborhood. We loved waking up to the stunning beach views from our room. The staff here truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From offering a personalized service to providing tips on local experiences, they were always friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The dining options were also excellent, with a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The continental breakfast served in a room with lots of light was delicious, with fresh eggs and fruits. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The only downside we experienced was a slight inconvenience during the checkout process. However, it in no way overshadowed our overall positive experience at this hotel.

The hotel room was huge, with a big comfortable bed, and the view from our room was stunning. the staff were very attentive and polite, making efforts to ensure our satisfaction throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was fantastic, in a safe and lively area just across the road from the beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary cocktail we received upon arrival.

The pool and surrounding lounge area were quite small, with limited sun loungers available. Additionally, the breakfast room was a bit chaotic and crowded at times, making it difficult to access the buffet.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. the rooftop pool provided a great view, especially during sunset. Additionally, the early check-in and the option to have a room with a sea view were definite highlights of our stay.

There were several disappointments during our weekend at this hotel. the maintenance work being done caused inconvenience, with only one elevator functioning at times.
