During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the fast internet connection, which allowed me to make video calls and stream videos without any problems. The hot water in the bathroom was also a plus, especially during the chilly winter days. Another advantage was the convenient location near the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flights without any stress.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like. the check-in process was slow and my room wasn't ready on time, which was frustrating.

The breakfast buffet was nice and complete, close to the airport, good shuttle service, functional, good bed and cushions, nice staff.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Pullman. The complimentary airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, making our transit overnight stay in São Paulo hassle-free. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the well-appointed room. The bar was a great place to unwind after a long day of traveling. We had a comfortable night's sleep and the breakfast options were superb. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a quiet jogging route allowed us to squeeze in some exercise. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent amenities.

The pool area had a relaxed atmosphere, and the spa and gym were great amenities. We didn't feel the need to leave the hotel, which was perfect on a public holiday. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the amazing rooms with a clean and spacious layout and a nice view. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful, accommodating all our needs, especially with our baby. The room service meals were delicious and the buffet dinner had a wide selection, including tasty cooked steaks.

I recently stayed at Pullman for a 24-hour layover near the airport. The hotel's cool and contemporary decor impressed me, and the comfy, quiet room provided a good night's sleep. The large shower with a good hairdryer was a bonus. The pool area was a great place to relax, and the bar offered refreshing drinks and snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and water in the lobby added to the overall satisfaction of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to Guarulhos airport. The location was perfect, being very near to the airport and on the second platform just outside the terminal. The hotel provided a free shuttle which made our transportation to and from the airport very convenient. The staff at the hotel were very kind, accommodating our special requests and making us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were excellent. The hotel also had a great breakfast with high-quality food, making our mornings enjoyable.

The venue had luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. The Spa & wellness centre offered exceptional services, such as massages and beauty treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind with its peaceful garden area and sun terrace. The restaurant had an excellent variety of menu options that catered to my dietary restrictions.

The service at the hotel was a bit disappointing. While the staff was friendly, they were not attentive to details.
