The staff is friendly and one member speaks excellent English. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel has free, reliable Wi-Fi.

We recently spent a weekend at a hotel in a beautiful area of Porto Alegre. the room was clean and cozy, and the hotel offered an incredible breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries. the staff were friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. the area was perfect for strolling around, and it was very easy to get around the city.

the bed was a bit too firm for our tastes, making it difficult to get comfortable at night. But overall, we had a great weekend at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. The spa centre was outstanding, offering a wide range of beauty treatments, massages and facials. I particularly enjoyed the full body massage which was extremely relaxing. Furthermore, the room advantages were impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed, private facilities and a beautiful bar and lounge area. The restaurant had a fantastic menu including special diet options, which were deliciously prepared.

Although it was overall a great experience, there was one minor issue during my stay. The location was a little bit far from the main tourist attractions, which made it harder to explore the city.
