The location of this hotel was perfect for New Year's celebrations as it was close to many restaurants and bars. the room was comfortable with a large bed and sparkling clean. the staff was professional and always helpful whenever we needed anything.

the breakfast was not included in one of our rooms and the staff only informed us at check-in. the lack of security personnel in the hotel made us feel unsafe, especially when a drunk man almost punched the desk clerk on our arrival.

During our stay at Ramada, we were pleased to find the room very small but remarkably comfortable, especially with the large king-size bed. The helpful and friendly staff members at the reception and restaurant made us feel welcome. The hotel's location was also convenient, being within walking distance to a few good restaurants and not too far from the mall. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the assistance of Thamires at check-in and Michel for translating the dinner menu. despite a few drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel.
