The hotel's location near Barra da Tijuca beach makes it convenient for beach lovers wanting to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, with amenities opened and readily available for use. It made my stay more comfortable and convenient. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their attention to guests' needs and willingness to assist was truly commendable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and plentiful. It was a great way to start the day and provided a good variety of options to choose from.

The workers were attentive and accommodating. Room change was done promptly. Marlucia, the cleaning lady, provided excellent service. Leo at the reception was helpful. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Good location near BRT stations.

The breakfast was good and there was a nice view from the rooftop. the hotel provided free champagne and chocolates to celebrate the new year which was a nice touch. the location was good with easy access to public transportation.

The hotel gym was very basic and could use an upgrade. the staff was not knowledgeable about nearby tourist attractions.

Exceptional customer service. When I arrived late at night, the kitchen was closed but the staff went out of their way to provide me with a snack from the snack bar. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious. The hotel's proximity to BRT stations made getting around the city very convenient. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
