I was extremely satisfied with the value for money at the Sofitel in Ipanema. The room exceeded my expectations and the hotel's prime location was an added bonus. The staff, including Leonel Da Silva and the front desk team, were exceptional, providing professional and friendly service throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more variety and options.

During our stay at Sofitel, we had an issue with our bags not arriving on our flight. However, the concierge went above and beyond to retrieve our bags from the airport and had them delivered to us within two hours. Their exceptional service truly impressed us.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the beachfront, providing easy access to the beautiful Ipanema beach. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the ocean from the comfort of their rooms. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

The concierge service falls short of expectations, with guests expressing disappointment in the low quality of partnerships for excursions and unprofessional service.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The room had a breathtaking view. The hotel allowed us to use their facilities until our flight departure. Breakfast was delicious with a scenic rooftop view.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the Ipanema beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the beautiful views from the top. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to local sights. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience truly memorable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh food to choose from. everything worked well and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. the staff at the hotel were also very attentive and provided fast service. One staff member even went out of their way to ensure I had a take away cup of coffee before I left for the day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach with a magnificent view from the room.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with stained sheets and towels, and a bathroom mirror that was old and rusted.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially Leonel and Vinicius who made sure we felt safe and welcome. The room on the 15th floor had a partial sea view and a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh fruit, freshly baked bread, and freshly squeezed juice. The hotel has a great location right on Ipanema Beach, with free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use.

My recent stay at Sofitel in Ipanema was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal, right across from the beautiful Ipanema Beach, in a safe neighborhood. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered breathtaking views of the beach and mountains. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service and making our trip truly memorable. The little details, like complimentary bottles of water and luxurious bathroom amenities, were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
