We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, with the best restaurants around. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, thanks to the brand-new mattress. We also loved the bonus feature of the steam sauna with a shower inside. It was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we want to give a special shout out to the woman at reception who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. It's rare to find a hotel that actually listens to and solves any concerns, so that was a huge plus for us!

The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, as mentioned in a previous review. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, including delicious fruits and yoghurt. Additionally, guests can enjoy a scenic walk to the historic center.

Despite a minor hiccup with my credit card, the staff remained courteous and resolved the issue promptly. I highly recommend this hotel.

During Easter, my stay at the hotel was fantastic. the hotel's cleanliness and hospitality impressed me. the nearby shopping mall was definitely a plus, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's best bars and restaurants on foot. I truly enjoyed the continental breakfast with numerous options, and the room had all the amenities a traveler could need.

The only negative aspects were the hotel's Wi-Fi, which was not up to standard, and the lack of room-service-which was somewhat disappointing. Despite this, my overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to travelers who want to explore the city and have a peaceful, comfortable stay.
