We had the best stay at this hotel! The staff, including Fernanda who is such a lovely woman and beautiful human being, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms and showers. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with an outdoor swimming pool, big garden, and even a 3 hole golf course. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice assortment of food and tropical fruits. The location was very convenient, especially for expos at the nearby Transamerica Center. We had no trouble with parking or transportation.

Perfect location, great breakfast but too much for weight-conscious individuals, should offer a smaller option. Half price massage was the best I've ever experienced, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and new, excellent bathroom and shower. Close to Expo center, helpful English-speaking staff, wide and tasty breakfast selection. Convenient for office, excellent kitchen and restaurant, friendly staff, good pool and garden facilities.

One of the main drawbacks of the hotel was its location. It was quite far from restaurants and tourist attractions, making it inconvenient to explore the city.

If you are going to Interlagos racetrack or the Transamerica convention center, or Alfa theater this is the place to stay. Excellent hotel with attentive staff, well-kept common areas, outstanding breakfast, and 3 restaurants. The half price massage offered was the best I've ever experienced. Rooms are new, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The service is outstanding - professional, polite, and dedicated. Convenient amenities like golf, tennis, and gym. Close to office.

The decor of the room was outdated and could use some renovations. the air conditioning wasn't very strong, which made it a bit uncomfortable during hotter days.
