The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a bustling area filled with great restaurants and shops. It is centrally located in Itaim Bibi, making it convenient for walking around and exploring the neighborhood. The staff at the reception is helpful, even arranging transportation to the airport for an early morning departure.

The gym and pool facilities could use some improvement.

The location is great, with many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with fresh food and plenty of options. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The room size is perfect and the hotel is located on a one-way street, making it easy to get in and out.

The venue provided an outstanding luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities in the room were exceptional, including the private facilities. the rooftop pool area with sun loungers and bar is a great bonus as the garden area offers a relaxing atmosphere. the restaurant buffet and bar/lounge area are ideal for socializing. I was impressed by the attentive service that surpassed all expectations. Cons: the Wi-Fi connection was not up to standard. This inconvenience was only a minor issue and did not affect my overall experience.

The service at Double Tree By Hilton Sao Paulo Itaim was exceptional. We had a reservation issue, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast spread was decent, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the room. the hotel's location was close to many of the important business centers which made it convenient.

the staff did not properly secure the balcony which was a safety concern. my stay was not very satisfactory.
