We had a fantastic stay at Vivenzo Savassi. the location is amazing, close to Patio Savassi, and right in the heart of the vibrant Savassi region. the staff, especially Ryan and Marli, were incredibly polite and attentive. the room and bathroom were spacious, with a comfortable bed. We loved the availability of alcohol throughout the hotel. the security procedure signs in every place made us feel safe. We were also impressed by the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. the gym was great for our workouts. a very good experience, and we will definitely return.

The lift in the hotel can be a bit confusing to navigate at times.

The rooms are comfortable and cool, with no AC blowing on my face, which was important after my surgery. The breakfast served here was good, with a decent range of options.

Spending Easter weekend at this hotel was a great experience. the hotel is situated in a fantastic neighborhood surrounded by interesting places to visit and great restaurants to go. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast with fresh fruits and delicious pastries, as well as the complimentary gym and rooftop swimming pool. the staff was really friendly and accommodating.

The elevator took a long time to arrive, and the room service was not available when we needed it. the room was also a bit cold, and the thermostat was hard to figure out.
